Multi-talented artist, Juno award nominee Rian Peters, better known as IAMTHELIVING is a British Canadian recording artist. His musical background boasts a wealth of diverse experience, a distinct voice that stands alone, and the ability to create music that speaks volumes. Rian’s strength lies in his art; singer, songwriter, music producer, visionary, and all-round performer, his stage presence and creative drive echo many great artists who have come before him.
Recently signed to Nettwerk Music Group, IAMTHELIVING has performed at festivals across the UK and Canada. With appearances at The Great Escape, Hornby Festival, NXNE Festival & Summer Light Festival.
In the past, IAMTHELIVING has collaborated with, toured the UK and Europe, provided backing vocals, and danced for artists such as; Ebony Bones, Ceelo Green, Wiley, Terri Walker, Michael MacDonald, Estelle and Leona Lewis.
He has also performed at the Montreux Jazz festival as the support opening act for Lauryn Hill alongside UK Hip-Hop legend Black Twang.
